Where we ship: Boxed by Sam ships within Singapore. International shipping coming soon. Stay tuned.

Processing time: Every box is hand-packed and curated with care, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During drops, processing may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping method & rates: Orders are sent via SingPost SmartPac. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times: Once shipped, local delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and handled by the courier.
