About

I spent my whole career in advertising. I loved it for a long time — the hustle, the thrill of seeing the work out in the world. I powered through the burnout.

But the work never really ended when I closed my laptop. The mental load followed me home. The red flag I couldn't ignore came one night when I caught myself rushing my kids through prayers before bedtime because I had to get on my 8th work call at 9pm.

Not gonna lie. The money was good. But it was costing me the things that mattered most. And somewhere along the way, the persuading-people-to-buy part stopped sitting right with me.

So I left. Partly to finally pursue a calling I'd put on hold: a Master's in Christian Ministry. And partly because it was just time to do something with a bit of heart in it, not only for the money.

So that's what this is, really. I'm not curating boxes just to sell them. I've done the selling thing, and I'm happy to be done with it. I just want to use my creativity to put together stuff I'd actually be excited to receive myself. Doing it this way — picking every box by hand, writing a note for each one — definitely isn't the "efficient" way to run this. But it's the way that feels right to me, and I'm not interested in cutting that corner.

If you've read this far, thank you. I'm glad you're here and I hope you like the boxes I put together. 🙂
